The apartments are well taken care of. The personnel spoke English. The breakfast was included in the price.
All tableware used for breakfast was one use only. I would prefer if the hotel used pieces that can be washed and used again. This is producing an excessive amount of unnecessary waste.

the service was excellent with front office people that really care about the customer.
Lack of AC in the front of the Hotel. This is a first impression thing that might hurt people's view of the hotel.

The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable, must of the furniture in the bed are in bad condition, the price for the hotel is high comparing the amenities and furniture
